Have a Question About a Part?
To ensure we know which part you are referring to when asking questions, please include our part numbers in all emails. To find part numbers and to check stock, use the website shopping cart. Add all of the parts you would like to purchase into the shopping cart.
Adding the parts you want to the shopping cart does 2 things:
- It will notify you if an item is out of stock.
- It will provide you with our part numbers (example 48-1921). USING OUR PART # IS IMPORTANT.

When Will It Be in Stock?
Due to varying and sometimes long lead times on the parts we carry, it is not always possible to have an exact date when out-of-stock items will be in stock. And unfortunately, an “in-stock” date is not as straight forward as it would seem. All of the parts that we carry, in-stock or out-of-stock, are being ordered continually and in increasingly large quantities from their respective suppliers. With varying and sometimes long lead times for delivery on each individual item, we cannot always give an exact in-stock date or even an estimated time of delivery for the item. Usually we know what is going to be in stock within the next 4-6 weeks. If the item is not going to arrive in that 4-6 week period, it will be a minimum of 8-10 weeks before we receive it.
If you would like to be notified when an out of stock item becomes available, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the part number you would like to be kept up to date on.

Do We Stock a Part/Does a Part We Stock Fit Your Bike?
The parts listed on our website are a full list of what we carry at this time. However, we are working hard to add new items all the time.
Parts displayed on our website fit the model applications and years listed in the item description. It is possible that these parts will fit other model applications and years; however we can only confirm they will fit the applications listed on our website.
When available, pictures and OEM part numbers are provided to assist you in determining if a part may fit another model or year other than the ones we have listed.
United States/Canada Shipping Information
We ship all USA orders out every Tuesday and Friday morning from Ontario, Canada.
Orders received from Monday 9:00 AM Eastern Time until Thursday 9:00 AM Eastern Time will usually ship on that Friday. Orders received after 9:00 AM Thursday until Monday 9:00 AM will usually ship on that Tuesday. If we are able to ship out any earlier then the times listed we will. We do our best to insure the earliest possible ship time on all orders.
All orders are shipped by FedEx Ground and will arrive in approximately 3-7 business days after shipping. For tracking information please e-mail email@example.com. All packages are shipped without signature confirmation, so any packages that arrive while no one is home will be left at the door.
USA Next Day Shipping Notice:
Next day shipping orders are sent out the same day if the order is submitted by 10:00 AM Eastern Time.If the order is submitted after 10:00 AM Eastern Time it will be shipped the following day. For next day shipments, a signature will be required upon delivery.

International Shipping Information
International orders can be placed directly through our website and are shipped by FedEx (Federal Express).
To acquire a shipping rate estimate for your country click on the “Estimate Shipping” button located at the bottom of the shopping cart.
When placing an order, the shipping rate is automatically calculated and is shown in your shopping cart during checkout. You will be informed of the total shipping cost prior to paying for your order.
International buyers please be aware of the relevant taxation implications for your respective Countries. Parts N More will not be responsible for any extra charges for duties, or taxes once your order arrives. Sorry, we can not ship orders as “a gift”.
We use FedEx (Federal Express) for shipping to ensure timely delivery and a tracking system for your orders. All orders arrive in 3-7 business days to anywhere in the world.
